Vacation Rental Description
The villa with 2 apartments is located on a property of more than one hectare in the centre of the “Costa Vicentina” national park. The house has a well kept blooming garden and lovely lawn and is situated on a small hill offering a gorgeous panomaric view of the Monchique Mountains and the south-west coastal area. Some of the most beautiful beaches of Europe as well as the breath-taking cliffs of the West Algarve are only a few minutes’ drive away. A peaceful and relaxing spot – even in the heat of summer. The Apartment `Monchique´has two cosy bedrooms and a spacious living-room with comfortable sofas and armchairs and enclosed fireplace. Open to the living-room you will find the integrated, completely-equipped kitchen (incl. electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, coffee/espresso machineand toaster) and a dining area for 4-6 persons. The bathroom is equipped with tub, shower, bidet and toilet and a heatable towel-rack. The extra bathroom is equipped with toilet and washbasin. The apartment´s private covered veranda has a buil in barbecue-grill, garden furniture and sunshade open to a flower garden and lawn. Spending your holidays in this spacious apartment and its lovely garden will be a pleasure for your whole family.
Facilities
Bed linen and towels provided, Washing machine at the disposal of all tenants. The apartment is equipped with a TV system providing Portuguese and international programs. stereo with radio, CD player and cassette deck.

Prices are for 4 people and include towels, bed linen, power, water, gas and final cleaning at minimum stays of 7 nights. At shorter stays there is a surcharge for final cleaning which amounts 40,- EUR. Short stays can be booked on short notice only. For booking the apartment we generally ask for a deposit of the price for 3 nights. The rest payment is due 4 weeks before arrival(Payment by bank transfer).
