Situated on the second hole of the "Vale de Milho" golf course, on a small private complex, with 2 shared pools, this villa comfortably sleeps 4. Fully equipped, this property provides everything for a most enjoyable holiday in a beautiful & tranquil setting. It is fully airconditioned for the summer & has heating & a log fire for the winter months. For the keen golfer there is the 9 hole, par 3 "Vale de Milho" golf course with several excellent 18 hole courses within a 10 minute drive. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishasher & washing machine. The lounge has a dining area, sofas & satellite tv, dvd & video player.There is a large balcony for eating out or just soaking up the sun. Downstairs has 2 full bedrooms, double with en-suite, twin with its own bathroom. These open onto a terrace & lawns, & back onto the golf course. It is an ideal sunbathing spot with sunbeds & BBQ. Maid service is provided weekly. The village of Carvoeiro is nearby.

Low Season Price : £250
High Season Price : £650 per Week
A £100 deposit per week is required when booking. This is non refundable unless the weeks can be rebooked. There is a £30 per week charge for a 5th person. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Special ofers for bookings of 4 weeks or more.
