Casa Sirrah was built 5 years ago. The present owners bought the property in 2006 and have replaced and improved considerable furniture and fittings. The owners enjoyed lengthy spells there in 2007, and have aimed to provide a relaxing and comfortable style for holidaymakers.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms(2 ensuite, 1 useable as en suite, or as an additional facility).2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. 1 bedroom on the ground floor, with the flexible bathroom.Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and additional units. The kitchen is very modern and is well fitted, with ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and so on.
The lounge area has 2 leather(covered for practical use) sofas, and an additional chair.The television is operated through a Sky box which gives basic channels, really equivalent to a Freeview box in the UK. Reception is variable in the Algarve, but BBC channels are usually fine.There is a DVD and a stereo unit. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs. There are various table/standard lamps in the room.Heating for winter use is provided by a modern attractive gas fire and various oil filled radiators.Electric fans in each room.
Two patio doors lead to the patio area, then to the pool and garden.A table and 6 chairs provides for outside eating and drinking. Casa Sirrah has 4 sunloungers and 2 sun chairs.
The maid service provides a full clean and linen change once a week, and towel change twice a week. Cots and additional beds can be provided by arrangement.
Travel to Luz is along the A22 motorway from Faro Airport, served by various low cost airlines. It is perfectly possible to enjoy a fuul holiday in Luz, but there are many car hire companies.

The villa is extremely well equipped and furnished, situated in the prestigious area of Parque da Praia.The magnificent beach of Luz is just 2 minutes walk down a quiet country lane, and around 10/12 minutes walk to all the amenities of the village, with many restaurants, a bank, church, supermarket and other shopping.
The pool and landscaped gardens are shared with 3 other villas in a private area and are secured with hedging and some fencing.There is ample private car parking.Casa Sirrah has 4 sun loungers, garden table and chairs.
Praia da Luz offers a splendid location for a relaxing holiday, but there are many activities to hand, including tennis, watersports and, of course, golf - the Boa Vista course is only a 10 minute drive and there are many others within a half hour drive.The delightful town of Lagos, with an attractive Marina, countless shops and restaurants, is 10 minutes away by car. Many other places to visit.
