Luxury and contemporary detached villa, brand new (2006).This villa is in pristine condition, never been let before last summer, (let in summer only),all fixtures and fittings together with the entire contents of the villa was brand new in summer 2007.Four bedrooms,three bathrooms,very large fully equiped kitchen/dinning room.Large open planned living room, with wood burner. The property is very light and airy,all wood in the house, including the first floor large apex beamed ceiling, is constructed in light natural pine. The large swimming pool has a natural salt purification system. The location is quiet, with outstanding rural views, which can be viewed from all over the house and balcony alike. The nearest beach is 1km away, a further three beaches within a 5km radius.
This is a no smoking villa and pets are not permitted.
