The main six bedrooms are all large double/twin rooms with en suite bathrooms. The villa is ideal for large family parties with children as the grounds and pool area are secure and private. Mixed groups find the property ideal as each bedroom has its own bathroom.

    To confirm booking a 20% deposit is requiredby cheque or bank transfer. The balance together with a £500.00 damage deposit is required six weeks before arrival. Cancelatiion voids the deposit and cancellation six weeks prior arrival is charged at full cost we theefore recomend full travel insurance. An electricity charge to cover pool heating and air con is applicable which is €0.25 per unit for all units over 250 per week deductable from the damage deposit.
