This fantastic studio apartment is located in Vilamoura, one of the best destinations in the Algarve. It is within walking distance of the marina and there are cafes, restaurants and shops within a stone’s throw of the apartment. Located on the first floor and with a huge balcony overlooking the garden, this apartment includes a spacious living/dining area and separate kitchen and a full bathroom. The living area incorporates a luxury fold out bed and has satellite television. Facilities in the apartment include all towels, linens, crockery, cutlery and anything else you could need for a your holiday. The complex has parking and a good sized pool set in landscaped gardens. Ideally located, all the amenities of Vilamoura are nearby. The 5 championship golf courses, for which Vilamoura is famous, are only a few minutes away by taxi.

Accessibility: This 1st floor property is suitable for disabled users with a lift to the front door and the entire apartment is all on one floor level. There is also a ramp down to the shared private pool area.

Outside: There are shared gardens and a swimming pool for the complex and each apartment has their own private key to access.

Coast/Beach: The magnificent Faleisa Beach is around 1.5km from the apartment.

Golf: There are 5 championship golf courses nearby, the Old Course, Pinhal, Millenium, Laguna and the beautiful Victoria Golf Course designed by Arnold Palmer. All of these courses are within a few minutes drive of the apartment

Travel: Faro airport is 25 minutes drive.

Distances: Albufeira 15 miles, Portimao is about 45 minutes drive. Seville takes about 2 hours drive. Lisbon is 2 hours drivie. It is about 45 mins to the Spanish border.

Payment will be accepted in both Sterling and Euros with a 50% payment required on booking by either cheque or electronic transfer.

Winter let from October - March at 1000 Euros per month or 800 Sterling per month depending on availability. Special price for winter short breaks (November - April (3/4 days) available on request.
