• Travel Info: Faro International airport is just a 15-20 mins drive away. Car hire is recommended although not essential. A taxi from the apartment to Vilamoura normally costs about 7 euro. Transport to and from the airport can be arranged at an additional cost. Quarteira 1.5km, Vilamoura 2km, Vale do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago 10-12km, Silves 30km, Albufeira 12km, Lisbon 200km. Vilamoura Marina with its fabulous restaurants and shops is 5 mins drive away. AquaPark, great for kids, is just a 3 min drive from the apartment. Forum Algarve in Faro, 20 mins away provides over 200 shops and boutiques also a family entertainment centre. Algarve Shopping near Albufeira is 15 mins drive and has over 100 shops, a hypermarket, bowling and cinema.
