Casa Luzia is a luxurious 4 bedroom open-plan villa in Tavira town, one of the most attractive and unspoiled towns in the Algarve. Situated in a quiet area, this stunning property offers very comfortable and tasteful furnishings and benefits from air conditioning throughout the house, as well as a wood-burning stove and under-floor heating for the cooler months.

3 of the 4 bedrooms are en-suite while the fourth has an adjacent bathroom. Casa Luzia is tastefully furnished to a high standard with Sky TV, DVD player. The living room has three sofas, while the dining table seats eight guests. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with granite worktops and island and a seperate utility room.

French doors lead out onto the cool, covered terrace with stunning views of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve where you can dine al fresco or enjoy a refreshing drink. Steps lead down to the salted-water swimming pool area with its lovely flowerbeds and fruit trees. Alternatively, there are also two more terraces upstairs.

Casa Luzia is within minutes of idyllic beaches and stunning golf courses and a short drive to water parks and other attractions.

A car is recommended but not essential as taxis are cheap and there is a bus service. A mini market, restaurant and bar are within walking distance.

A short drive from the villa you can enjoy some of the best beaches on the Algarve which are rarely crowded. Manta Rota is highly recommended. In summer, there are watersports.

Benamor Golf Course is literally a couple of minutes away. Other nearby courses include Quinta da Ria/Quinta de Cima and Castro Marim, the exclusive Monte Rei course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Quinta do Vale designed by Seve Ballesteros. A 45 minute drive to the Quinta do Lago area.

The Ria Formosa Nature Reserve is a paradise for walkers and birdwatchers alike. For people who prefer a little more strenuous exercise there is also a local kitesurfing school, horse riding, tennis and many mountain bike trails. Boats leave the pier for deep-sea fishing all along the Algarve Coast.

A train service connects all the coastal towns of the Algarve and connects Tavira with the twice daily Faro-Lisbon express. Seville is 90 minutes drive.

75% Balance - 8 weeks prior to arrival
£250 Breakages Deposit - repaid within 7 days of end date, following inspection of property.

Prices for the property are per week in UK Pounds. Prices include air conditioning/heating.

Cancellations: Up to 8 weeks from start date – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. Less than 4 weeks – no refund.
