Vacation Rental Description
The villa is equipped to the highest standards. It has air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and the living rooms. 
1.Bedrooms 
Bedroom 1 with double bed, en suite bath, shower, toilet and double basin. 
Bedroom 2 with twin bed and en suite bath, shower, toilet and basin. 
Bedroom 3 with twin bed, en suite bath, shower, toilet and basin. 
All bedrooms have en suite and master bedroom has jacuzzi bath and underfloor heating. 
2.Kitchen 
The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with marble worktops and Bosch appliances. Oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave.Utility room has washing machine and dishwasher 
3.Lounge/Dining room 
Spacious lounge/diner with French doors onto patio. Oak/hardwood furniture, leather settees, satellite TV, DVD, CD player. Selection of DVDs and books for your enjoyment. 
 
4.Outside 
The french doors from the living room and one of the bedrooms lead onto the spacious patio and pool(8m x 4m). There is a brick bbq. The garden backs directly onto the golf course. The patio has great views as it is on top of the hill. The master bedroom has its own balcony with even better views. 
5. Golf in the area. 
The villa is on the Castro Marim Golf Course, a par 72 course opened in 2001. The villa is approx 500 yds from the club house. There are 10 courses within 20 mins drive.On the Portuguese side are the suberbcourses of Monte Rie, Quinta do Vale, Benamor, Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima. 
6.Other useful information 
Faro airport is 40 mins drive away and Seville airport is 60 mins in the other direction. Flights to Seville are generally cheaper and BA fly to Seville from Gatwick, Iberia from Heathrow and Ryanair from Stansted, amongst others. 
Car hire is recommended and is available at either airport.Historic Castro Marim is 5 mins drive away, the Spanish border is 5 mins away, Veal Real a famous fishing harbour is 10 mins away and Tavira, a pretty historic town is 20 mins away.The nearest restaurant is at the clubhouse 500 yds away and there are many good restaurants and supermarkets within 5 mins drive.

    • The Villa is on the lowest density development on a golf course on the Algarve. It has magnificant views over the Algarvian mountains, Atlantic Ocean, Guadiana River and the Nature Reserve. The villa also overlooks the 10th and 11th holes. The club also owns a beach restaurant on the sandy beachfront 10 mins drive away. The villa is built to the highest standards. Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom villa on Castro Marim Golf Course. Private pool and spacious patio area. Brand new and equipped to the highest standards. Air conditioning and heating. 10 mins drive to the beach & beach club. Many good restaurants and supermarkets within 5 mins drive.

    All linen and towels provided. Maid service at least 3 times per week.25% deposit on booking. Full amount due 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival is non refundable.Preferred changeover day is Saturday but this can be flexible to take account of cheaper midweek airfares. Depart by 11 am and arrive 4pm. January - March 2008 £600 April - June 2008 £700 July / August 2008 £1200 September 2008 £900 October - December 2008 £700 Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. There is also a returnable breakage deposit of £200, which will be returned 2 weeks after the end of the stay, assuming no damage.
