The villa has three bedrooms (one with double bed and two with twin beds; two bedrooms ground floor, 1 in the first floor with access to the second terrace)with wardrobes and/or chest of drawers. There is a large living area including kitchen and dining, all in open plan-style. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. The dining table is extensible for up to 8 persons, a sofa and two armchairs are situated near the fireplace. A satellite TV/DVD, radio, CD belong to the living area. In the first floor,different access as bedroom, there is an open studio with desk and air mattress for 1 child. Also a cot and a high chair are available. There is one spacious bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and bidet and a small bathroom with WC, bidet and washing machine (vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board available too). The terrace and pool are fully furnished with tables, chairs, BBQ and loungers. Air-conditioning with heating pump in the whole house and central gas heating (on demand, payable locally). Towels, beach towels and linen are included. Maid service once a week, pool service twice a week and gardener. In Mesquita (5mins walk) there are 2 small grocery shops S. Bras de Alportel has supermarkets, butcheries, fish and vegetable markets, as well as banks with Multibanco cashpoints in English. Various golf courses are 20-30 mins drive near Tavira, at Val de Lobo and Quinta de Lago.
