Importantly this particular property is in an excellent south facing position attracting the sun throughout the day and having clear uninterrupted views of the pool and surrounding areas from the lounge and first floor terrace.

The property comprises hall, lounge with dining area and fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms is tastefully furnished with direct access to a bathroom on each floor, the top floor bedroom being en-suite.

The first floor master bedroom provides access to a large “L” shaped terrace covering the southerly and westerly aspects of the property. The views across the valley to the hills northward and the sea to the south are truly spectacular.

For your comfort during the main part of the summer and cooler winter periods the property comes fully Air-conditioned.

The villa has satellite TV with English channels, VHS player with a selection of films for all the family and X-Box/Game Cube with both children and adult games. Tavira centre is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away.

Low Season Price : £325
High Season Price : £750 per Week


Payments 25% none refundable with booking and balance 6 weeks before arrival. A welcome pack can be made available upon request as is cot and high chair.

We have found that 3 night (4 day) breaks can be enjoyed economically outside peak flight periods. As such we offer nightly rates for 3 nights or more.

Long term winter rates are available at reduced prices, excluding electricity and gas.

We endeavour to maintain a degree of flexibility with regard to changeover days. However, in the event of a same day changeover we request that guests vacate the property by 11:00am to make available for incoming guests at 3:00pm.
