If you are looking for a holiday away from all the hustle and bustle and want to relax in a place where nature is still intact, then this could be the villa for you.  
Complete peace & relaxation. Walkers, & nature lovers paradise . Without being isolated, the villa is situated in an absolutely tranquil location on the outskirts of a small hamlet known as Cotovio, 12km north of Tavira, in the East of the Algarve.  
 
THE VILLA  
 
This is a brand new luxury villa with high quality solid oak furnishings. As this villa is situated up in the hills, there is a welcome cooling breeze which starts from early evening through till dawn. The villa has insect screens on all windows and balcony doors, so you can leave your windows open and take advantage of the natural breeze.  
Once inside there is a spacious open plan living area/kitchen. Looking above is a beautiful, charming, vaulted timber ceiling, comfy seating, table & chairs, etc. Satellite sky television, DVD player. There are two balcony doors, which lead onto the balcony - where you can look out onto the fantastic panoramic views. Table and chairs are on the balcony to enjoy your breakfast and meals.  
The kitchen is fully intergrated, with an oven, hob, fan extractor, Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave. 
Large bathroom - with double basin, jacuzzi/spa bath, separate shower, w.c, and bidet. 
2 bedrooms.  
Bedroom 1 has kingsize bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 x twin beds. A cot is available on request. 
Once on the balcony, you can walk around to the side of the house. Go up some steps, and you are on the roof terrace. Here is a great area to dine al fresco! On the roof terrace is a built in barbeque. Also on the roof terrace is a spacious 6 seater Hot tub / Jacuzzi Spa, incorporating 65 jets and 2 cascading waterfalls. Led mood lighting, and a built in cd player. Lay back, relax and enjoy the views. In the daytime this is a great place to cool off and have fun.. come evening turn up the heat to a comfortable level and enjoy the clear night skies.  
Table & chairs for your relaxation 
The villa has underfloor heating which is independantly thermostatically controlled in each room. Handy in the Winter- ' if needed'. 
We operate a no Smoking policy within the villa. However, smoking is permitted outside. Sorry but no pets allowed at this villa.  
Welcome pack provided on arrival.  
 
Total relaxation at a slower pace of life, in a complete rural retreat. The views surrounding the villa are absolutely stunning, with panoramic views over the hills down to the sea. Peaceful and quiet. 
Relax on the sun roof , in the spacious hot tub / jacuzzi Spa and enjoy a truly heavenly experience. In the evening turn up the heat, and gaze at the fantastic romantic views of the star lit sky and Milky Way. Unpolluted by street lamps. The shooting stars are amazing. 
 
Fantastic walks, further than the eye can see. Cotovio is a beautiful picturesque location, and within driving distance of all amenities. 
5 minute drive from the small village of Estorninhos, where there is a great friendly local village bar / restaurant. 
Short distance to beach & main town of Tavira. 
Golf courses close at hand. 
Faro airport is a 45 minute drive to Casa Do Lobo. We can arrange flights for you if needed. Car hire is very affordable from the airport. Details on request.

AREA 
Tavira is a delightful, historic town in the eastern Algarve. Which is unspoilt by the heavy commercial tourism found elsewhere on the Algarve. It is considered to be one of the Algarve's most beautiful towns. Narrow, cobbled streets, riverside gardens, old castles, ancient Roman bridge, just make this a romantic town to remember.  
The Algarve has beautiful golden beaches, all boasting the EU blue flag status. 
You will find a genuine, warm and friendly welcome amongst the local people.  
The Algarve has plenty of markets with fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables.

Quinta be Cima & Quinta de Ria- 20 min drive  
Castro Marim (30 min drive) Esturi - just over the border in Spain 45 min drive 
Monte Rei Golf & country club (25 mins drive) There are many activities to do, places of interest/museums, national park, and day trips to Seville, only a 90 minute drive.
