The accommodation, with an overall floor area of 242sqm, features cream marble floors in the living areas and wooden floors in the bedrooms, with full-width glazed doors leading directly from the living area onto the garden and floodlit pool. From your private garden area outside the lounge, where you can enjoy breakfast, relax on the sunloungers provided beside the pool and keep an eye on the children all within sight.

The magnificent roof terrace (equipped with wind-sensor protected electric awnings) affords total seclusion in which to enjoy all the benefits of outdoor living and superb views towards the mountains and the River Galao.

The property, which offers amenities for all the family for a relaxing holiday, is ideally located for easy access to Tavira town, many golf courses and excellent beaches. You will find the pretty square in Tavira within a five-minute stroll of the property; here you can relax with your morning coffee and experience the real Algarve.

The romantic square adjoining the Roman bridge spanning the river is the ideal venue for daytime people-watching and, on summer evenings, enjoying a variety of open-air local music festivals and ‘fado’ dancing. There are numerous other beaches (5 with prestigious blue flag) to visit in the 24km coastal stretch between Tavira and Monte Gordo.

There are 4 golf courses no more than a few minutes’ drive away: Benamor 18 hole par 71. Quinta da Ria 18 hole par 72. Quinta da Cima 18 hole par 72. Colina Verde 9 hole par 28. The Jack Nicklaus-designed Monte Rei course with its challenging fairways, its panoramic views and magnificently designed clubhouse offers the height of golfing luxury.

Fantastic location within walking distance of Tavira.,possibly the best quality accomodation we have stayed in ,great resaurants and unspoilt atmosphere in this old roman town on the river with the beautiful main square,most relaxing. after a trip tp the local fish market.

The pool ,gardens on the developement are beautifully maintained and the townhouse is within yards of the pool,and south facing ,we enjoyed our breakfasts al fresco and dinner on the roof terrace, in the evening .it was everything we had hoped for and we will certainly return next year to explore more of this very beautiful area
