Our flat is located on the 2nd row of buildings from the promenade and fishing marina. This modern 2 bed, 2 bathrooms apartment, comfortably sleeps 4 people. It is located in the heart of a very traditional fishing village of Santa Luzia, near Tavira, famous for Ria Formosa nature reserve, endless golden sandy beaches and a few of the best golf courses in the Algarve. It is equipped with very modern appliances that include Bosch washing machine, microwave, grill and hob. The flat has a built-in radio, air conditioning, cable TV, home theatre system. It boasts a very convenient location to all the restaurants in the village. The closest restaurants are located across the road from the building or a 2 minute walk to the church square where one of ours + our guests favourites lies. There are more than a few bars in the village as well. The closest airport is in Faro and is approx. 20-30 mins away from by car. The flat is in a newly built small development of 26 flats and is located on the first floor. The location and size of the flat is ideal for both long-term and short-term rentals - from a few days to a few months. 
 
P.S. There is a possibility of accommodating surplus visitors in the directly below us. Our friends own that apartment and will gladly accommodate those we cannot if there is a vacancy. Earliest bookings have got more chances.
