Vacation Rental Description
The house is located near Tavira with beautiful views of the countryside, mountains and the sea. New swimming pool just built. It has been furnished for your total indulgence with the upmost attention to detail. 
The beds have Egyptian cotton linen and lovely soft pillows. Rain showers have been installed in all bathrooms and luxury 600 gsm fluffy towels are supplied.  
Master suite with super king sized bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with king size bed . Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with twin beds. Bathroom 2 has bath and rain shower. 
The kitchen has built in oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, mixer. 
The lounge has two leather sofas, luxury leather recliner, wood burner, Sony 40" HD television, HD Blu-ray player, "Zepplin" iPod player, glass dining table, 8 chairs, sideboard and "wave" console. In the large entrance hall you will be greeted by a "modern sculptured sun".  
The ground floor office/studio contains a small library of books for your use. For fortnightly stays linen and towels are changed weekly. 
Beach towels are available. 
We have a patio at the front of the house which has tubs planted. On the roof patio there is a barbecue and loungers for sun bathing. On the ground floor we have a large table and seating for 8 people together with a massive umbrella which covers the table. There is another barbecue on the lower patio and plenty of space for sitting. Also, the swimming pool is located on this level where you can have a swim to cool off.  
There are some beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive from the house. From Tavira quayside there is a regular ferry service to Tavira Island - a favorite spot. There are many quiet, less populated beaches a short distance away.  
The Ria Formosa Nature Reserve is a world heritage site and runs along the coast from Faro to Vila Real - it is a must to visit. Fantastic for bird watching - Avocet, Flamingo and Black Winged Stilt.  
International kite surfing, and several superb golf courses are about a 5 minutes drive from the house. We recommend Benamor Golf which is the nearest.  
From Tavira quayside there is a regular ferry service to Tavira Island - a favorite spot.  
Tavira Town is 10 minutes walk away. Porta Nova train stop is a 5 minutes walk.  
The new shopping mall is opening this year in Tavira with lots of shops, restaurants and cinemas. 
A mini market is within a 5 minute walk where you are able to buy most of the basic things you will need. A large supermarket, restaurants, cafes, banks and lots of other shops are within a 5 minute drive. 
Faro airport is 30kms from the house. Car hire is not absolutely essential, however, if you want to see some of the beautiful Algarve you will need to hire a car. 
The house is available to rent from June until September. 
A 25% deposit is required within 2 weeks of you making the booking. Balance being paid no less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with a bond of 400€ in case of damage or breakages to anything. 
The linen is changed weekly for fortnightly stays. 
A welcome food hamper is provided for your convenience.  
Guests will be met at the house on arrival and will have a contact number in case of emergencies. 
Changeover any day except Sundays. 
Arrival times are after 4pm and check out is by 10am on the day of departure.
