This accommodation is built & furnished to a high standard, it will give the couple, family or group of golfers a luxury base in the middle of the East Algarve coast, 25 mins to Faro/20 mins to Spain, as well as being within walking distance of Tavira Town itself.  
As mentioned the property has been finished to a high standard. There are 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed & ensuite with jacuzzi bath, the remaining bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes & balconies. There is a second bathroom fitted with a power shower. All main rooms have air conditioning which also heats. The lounge dining room has 2 balconies & access to a third, the furniture is of very high quality, I have furnished this as my home. Sky TV & a DVD player are available. There is a large private sun terrace with sun loungers & plants, with views over the hills & sea. The apartment, roof terrace & secure carpark are all accessed by lift & stairs.
