Bathrooms(2): 1 bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, large lit mirror and toiletries. 1 shower room with large tiled shower, toilet, large lit mirror and toiletries. 
Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full compliment of utensils, crockery and cookware. 
Utility Room: Ironing board, iron and cleaning products. 
Living Rooms: LCD 42', heating, air conditioning, DVD player and DVDs. 
Other: Welcome basket, children's books and toys.

Not suitable for wheelchair users. Maybe suitable for restricted mobility, the apartment is on top floor and there are stairs to reach front of apartment). Apartment is suitable for small children.

The walk to the beach takes less than 15 minutes along a private road, then alongside the Royal Golf Course pathway. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggys. Newly opened is Paixa restaurant / wine bar (very popular with the glitterati!) that boasts a fabulous selection of wine displayed in glass wine cellar. In winter there is an open log fire. 
 
There are also 3 new synthetic all weather tennis courts and a practice court in Jardins do Golfe – tennis instructors are available on-site all year round. Guests are Jardins Do Golfe have preferential prices for tennis lessons and court hire. 
 
It is only a 2 minute walk from the complex to the local supermarket, cash machine and medical centre. A 10 minute walk to the post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque Do Golfe. 
 
You will have access to the onsite unheated pool and children's pool.

  • Travel Info: We recommend car hire to give you the flexibility to explore the Algarve. We can assist in booking car hire for you. Alternatively we can arrange a personal meet and greet service from/to the airport in a private car with child car seats provided for free. Choose from standard saloon, people carrier and mini bus transfers. A public taxi from the airport costs approximately €30 to Jardins do Golfe. Note: Public taxi's do not provide child seats.

The villa is located in a good position for access to both the eastern & central Algarve, in either direction within 20 minutes you will be on the coast and marvellous sandy beaches.
The area surrounding the villa is rural with many good quality portuguese restaurants and historical sites located nearby. Within 10 minutes drive is Sao Bras Do Alportel or Loule - both excellent towns for shopping and sightseeing.

Changeover days are flexible all year round. It's necessary to vacant the apartment by 10.00am on the day of departure in the high season. Access to the property is usually after 3.30pm.
For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €200 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.
Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no loss except administration charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
Sorry this property isn't available for groups of young adults & is non smoking.
