The villa - bungalow style - is nicely designed, all living quarters are on the ground floor. The house consist of a hallway leading to the very spacious living room with wood burner stove and dining area with seating for 10 people. The A fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining/breakfast room. There are five double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, five bathrooms (two en-suite). Access form the living room to the South facing semi-covered terraces with table & chairs and surrounding beautiful and mature landscaped gardens. The swimming pool is fully fenced and as such friendly for children and can be reached via a decorative natural stone staircase down to the gate where you'll find the large (15 meter length) swimming pool with lawn, sun terrace, outside shower and sun loungers. On the terrace on south side of the swimming pool there is a built in stone bench from where you can enjoy beautiful far reaching views of the surrounding nature towards the sea. The dining table under the semi covered terrace with BBQ area over looking the gardens is a perfect place for that all-important 'Al Fresco' dining. The large living area is equipped with TV (Cable TV with international channels, DVD player, Audio system, books and magazines. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker / hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all utensils, pots, pans etc. A board and iron are available. All rooms have central heating (gas fired) and therefore makes this villa also ideal for stays outside of the summer season.  
 
Children of all age are welcome. Having children of their own, the owners have ensured the grounds are as child friendly as possible. The pool area is walled/fenced to three sides and fencing / gates have been installed at the entrances with childproof latches.
