Casa Roseira is set outside the village of Quelfes, near Olhao, 15 mins from Faro, nestling in the beautiful Algarvian countryside, with lovely views all round. Our villa is a large, fully air conditioned, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom dwelling with a garage, in its own private, mature and well maintained garden, backed by a vineyard. Steps to the left of the villa lead to the main entrance, however there is a wide path to the right suitable for buggies with no steps.The villa has a large lounge with a wood burning stove and gas central heating, plus aircon for cooling /heating in the winter. The fully fitted kitchen has a microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and washing machine, a mahogany table that seats 8 . It sleeps 6-8 with 2 double rooms, a triple bedded room and a double bed settee in the lounge, there is also a 32" satellite TV, DVD and Radio/CD player plus WiFi internet access. A circular turret staircase leads up to the third bedrrom and ensuite , plus a fully private sun terrace, which is in full sun all day. The private heated illuminated pool is 8.2m x 3.5m with sunbathing terrace. Built in BBQ. All towels/bed linen are provided. Bring your own beach towels.

All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditionin. The kitchen has a mahogany table and chairs to sit 8 comfortably, there is also an oven, hob, coffeemaker, juicer, toaster, blender, food processor, ironing board, iron, hoover, hair dryer, CD player and radio, loads of board games, plenty of books, log burning fire, double doors to patio, 8 sun beds and patio by pool, Shade sail to rear of villa, brick built BBQ in Portuguese style, 4 bikes and 2 helmets in garage for your use. The Illuminated Pool is 8.2 metres x 3.5 metres and can be heated if rewqquired at a cost of £50 per week. A Highchair,cot and cot linen are provided. A Security safe is provided and also a key safe for access to the villa. We provide a Welcome pack including a bottle of wine and essentials to welcome you to our villa.

Golf is available everywhere in the Algarve, there are 17 championship courses and there is a new golf course in the next village Moncarpacho - only 3 minutes away. To the east is Tavira only 20 minutes away there are several golf courses and of course Villamoura - 20 minutes to the west via IP1/A22 where there is a large number of courses.

Faro and a huge hypermarket and complex called Forum Algarve is 15 minutes drive away.Olhão is a busy modern town with a lovely waterfront and marina. Its fishing port is the most important in the Eastern Algarve and its fish market is the biggest. During the Sea Food festival in August, half of the water front gardens are closed off and turned into a massive gastronomic and entertainment delight.

• Travel Info: Faro airport is 20 minutes by car. Car hire is recommended, however a taxi to Olhao is very cheap. Olhao is 3 minutes away, Faro is 15 minutes away, Tavira is 20 minutes away. Ria de Formosa nature reserve with all its lovely beaches is 15 minutes away. Direct flights are available from a number of airports including Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, East Midlands, Birmingham, Dublin and Cork. The airport is just outside Faro to the east and is well signposted.
