The villa is gated and surrounded by large and very pretty mature garden. Lots of space for children to safely play. There is a boules area to the side, also a volley ball area which could be used for badminton and other large areas for ball games. There are a total of 4 relaxing seating areas, all furnished, one even has a swing hammock which you will fight over. Lots of deep shade for hotter months. Plenty of off road parking. Air-conditioning in all rooms. 
 
Mobile internet access is available on request. All you pay are the hours you use. You will relax in seconds, not days. BEACH: The real highlight of a holiday in the Eastern Algarve are the beaches and superb beach islands. Many accessed by small boat or narrow gauge train at very low cost. Fun for all the family. Fuseta is just 6 miles away with own beach, bars, restaurants and boats to wonderful islands. There are boats from Olhao and Tavira to take you to other beach islands. Within 30 mins drive you can access most Central Algarve attractions including water parks, go karting and Zoo Marine. 
 
GOLF: Golf plays a massive part on the Algarve and you will be spoilt for choice with the many courses accessible within 15-30 mins. To the East is the championship Quinta da Cima course, also Benamor, Ria, Castro Marim and the new Monte Rei. There is a 9 hole par 3 course at La Colina just 10 mins drive. Within approx 25 mins you can access most of the busier Central Algarve courses at Quinta da Lago and Vale Da Lobo then return to the peace and tranquility of the Eastern Algarve to analyse your game!

Vista Montanha is set in its own landscaped gardens with boules area, own private 10m x 5m swimming pool - heated free of charge mid March to early Nov each year. The villa has easy flat access from the front gate to the poolside area and other seating areas. We believe it to be wheel chair accessible to the entire ground floor (3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and shower room).

Moncarapacho is approximately 5+ min drive from the villa - with shops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, bank, post office, petrol station, local fresh food market and bars. Tavira regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve is 15-10 mins drive. Estoi with its Rococo palace - now a Poussada and Roman ruins is approx 10 mins drive. Olhao with new marina, hyper markets, shops, daily fish market and excellent fish restaurants is only 10+ mins. Come and enjoy the real unspoilt Portugal
