Vila Ashlee is a luxury modern well-appointed 4 bedroom villa with heated swimming pool in its own 1500 square metre plot within the Vista Elite development, just over 3km from Moncarapacho in the Eastern Algarve.
Situated in a very peaceful area, this spacious property offers a welcome haven from the hustle and bustle of the busy world, has tasteful furnishings, ceramic tiled floors, and soothing cool white decor.
The lounge and all bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, while the villa also has heating if you decide to visit during the cooler months. The 36sq m lounge has a Satellite TV, DVD & CD player, and has some DVDs already supplied for your entertainment. For additional family fun there's a games room and karaoke machine.
The villa has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area seats eight and there's also a high chair available if you're bringing toddlers along. Two sets of French doors open onto the terrace, under the shaded pergola, which has another table and eight chairs for alfresco dining. Who wants to eat indoors when the sun's shining?
Outdoors the heated swimming pool is surrounded by private gardens, sun terrace with BBQ, and there's off-road parking for two cars.

Master Bedroom - 22.8 sq m with en-suite bathroom comprising of corner bath/shower, toilet, bidet and double basin is 8.9sq m.
There are also two travel cots available for babies, giving a total occupation of 10 people.

Activities
Cerro Azul is just three kilometres from the quaint little town of Moncarapacho, were there's a good selection of shops and restaurants. There's also a restaurant within walking distance of Cerro Azul (about 800m away) which we can highly recommend.
For golfers, Moncarapacho has a a new 9 hole Par 3 golf course and pitch and putt with driving range, chipping areas and putting green. Cerro Azul is also within a short drive of some of the best golf courses in Europe, including Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.
Moncarapacho is just 20 km from Faro airport where you can pick up a hire car on your arrival. A car is essential as Cerro Azul is in a peaceful area a few kilometres off the beaten track. We are happy to recommend local car hire agencies on request.
