Villa Novo Amanhã is on a unique development of executive villas, has prime location being one of only for villas backing to stunning unspoilt countryside. However, this villa is quite exceptional as it has a huge range of “luxury extras”, a hydraulic lift to all floors, a second large lounge with leather furniture/games area and karaoke machine, a fully equipped gym, sauna( with aromatherapy bowl) 5 person massage spa bath (with handrails, lights and music), office and a second terrace with sitting and BBQ. It is wheelchair accessible to most parts of the villa. This is all in addiction to the upper pool terrace which is fully equipped with loungers, tables, chairs, parasols and a further BBQ. The garden has been beautifully landscaped. There are mosquito nets on all doors/windows.
From April to October you can enjoy free pool heating. There is a charge of 75 Euros/week for air con, use of sauna and Jacuzzi April to end October and 75 Euros/week November-end March for under floor heating, sauna and Jacuzzi. We are pleasant to offer you savings of up 25% for lettings of more than 28 days.
During June to September the preferred changeover day is Saturday. Minimum stay (payment) is 7 nights.
Outside of these months there is some flexibility, subject to request.
A high chair and cot are available, no extra cost. There is a portable bed which can be placed anywhere allowing maximum occupancy of 10. Prices quoted included free pool heating and free air con.
The villa is fully wheelchair accessible. Casa Novo Amanhã uniquely has a 3 person lift to all floors- from basement to first floor making all parts of the villa and both lower and upper gardens totally accessible.
The superb 10m x 5m south facing pool has a hydraulic operated safety cover. The pool is a Clearwater ionised pool, heated free of charge April to end October. Surrounding the pool are shaded areas, tables, chairs, lounges, parasols and BBQ.
In the lower extensively landscaped garden there is a further large shaded area complete with BBQ, bar, sauna, massage spa bath, and shower/changing room and extra sitting for eating and relaxing. It’s an Absolute extravagance.
Fuseta with its wonderful beach is only 5-6km away. There are other unspoilt beaches close by and the stunning Altura beach is 20 minutes away. There are boats from Olhão, Cabanas and Tavira which take you to wonderful island beaches. The bigger, noisier central Algarve beaches, water parks, but you can then return to peace and tranquillity- away from it all!

Activities
Fuseta with its wonderful beach is only 5-6km away. There are other unspoilt beaches close by and the stunning Altura beach is 20 minutes away. There are boats from Olhão, Cabanas and Tavira which take you to wonderful island beaches.
The bigger, noisier Central Algarve beaches and water parks are just a short drive away, and on your return you'll appreciate the peace and tranquillity of Cerro Azul and the Eastern Algarve!
Not only has the Algarve the best golfing climate in Europe, it also has some of the best courses and facilities. To the west, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are within 25 minutes of the villa and Vilamoura a further 15 minutes further on. To the east, Benamor, Quinta de Cima and the Quinta da RIA are within 20 minutes and Castro Marim a further 10 minutes on. Over the Spanish border, only 25 minutes away are a further 5 courses, 2 located at Ayamonte.
