The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus and almond groves. However you are still only 30-35 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions.
The villa is of the highest specification - with marble floors throughout, stylish modern Portuguese furniture, with air con in all bedrooms and own glorious south facing sun terrace with its own private 10m x 5m heated clear water (mineral) pool. The entire villa has been very tastefully furnished. and is equipped to the very highest standard.

Local activities in and around Moncarapacho.

The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and it has some of the best golf courses. This is a wonderful location in which to try some of the new emerging Eastern Algarve Golf Courses, many of them within 25 mins, rather than the busy central ones. There are 5 further golf courses over the Spanish border, 25 mins away at Ayamonte.

The villa is situated on the outskirts of Moncarapacho which is 5 km away. It is a lovely country town with supermarkets, bars, several excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet cafe, museum etc.

From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many superb unspoilt offshore island beaches. For the bird watchers the Ria Formosa National Park is nearby. This is truly the unspoilt part of the Algarve, come and taste the difference. Experience the real Portugal!

Notes on prices Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts can be negotiated for bookings of more than 2 weeks. We also ask for a £200 breakage deposit which is refunded after 14 days of your holiday, if no losses/breakages have occured. The wonderful pool is heated FREE OF CHARGE April to end October each year - A significant saving. However, we do charge £100/wk for air conditioning April - end October and £75/wk for underfloor heating November-end March. We can also offer ways of paying by credit card (2%) and debit card (free). Deposit (20%)non refundable payable by confirming booking. 4 weeks before holiday starts full payment required or cancellation accepted.
