- the CASA do PÁTIO with a tile panel gracing the kitchen, a surprising bathroom, the lovely view of the palm garden and the patio’s bougainvillea canopy (4p);
- the ESTABULO”, the ”White Stables”, over 250 years old, reborn as a huge open space with kitchen, dining area, reading corner and a small stage... for the children’s cabaret? (4p);

A non refundable down payment of 25% of the rent will be required at the time of booking, the remaining 75% being payable not later than 12 weeks before arrival date. Failure to pay timely the full balance will be considered a cancellation by Client. Following reimbursement schedule will apply in case of cancellation:
- 83 to 56 days before arrival: 50% of the rent
- 55 to 28 days before arrival: 35% of the rent
- less than 28 days before arrival: 20% of rent.
Payment will generally be by bank transfer.
