Vacation Rental Description
The two detached properties are set in 3700sq metres of mature lawned gardens with large terraces with a 12Mtr x 5Mtr swimming pool. In a perfect location to explore the Algarve being only 2Km from the A22 motorway. 5mtrs from Moncarapacho with its supermarkets, bars and restaurants, 12Km from the fabulous beaches of Fuzeta. The properties have been restored to a high specification to include 3 bedrooms with 3 supurb bathrooms in the Farmhouse and 2 bedrooms with one supurb bathroom in the Villa. The whole private site is well presented furnished and maintained with large outdoor eating areas and patios, brick built barbeque with tables and chairs, The pool areas have both sun beds and umbrellas.The pool and garden areas are illuminated. there is ample parking for cars within the secure front entrance and drive. Faro airport is a 20mins drive away. A car is essential. 
Distances. 
There is a Bank,Petrol Station, Post Office, Chemist, Dentist, and Doctor, and a number of good restaurants and bars in Moncarapacho which is 56minms drive away The historic town of Tavira is a 20mins drive away. Vilamoura Marina and shops are a 30mins drive away.The central towns of Faro and Olhao with their larger Supermarkets and shopping malls are a 20mins drive away. 
Further Details. 
We are sorry but we do not allow any smoking or pets within our properties.We also ask for a £300.00 security deposit against any breakages or damage with the final payment, this is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure. Our english speaking agent will meet you on arrival and will be on call throughout your holiday. 
Notes on accommodation. 
All bedlinen and towels for use inside the house are included and changed once a week, the houses will be cleaned once a week. Towels for use round the pool are not provided. 
The properties stand in grounds which has large lawned areas with mature olive and fig trees with a large number of flowering shrubs, it is very suitable for children to play and lots of space to run around. 
The front of the property is fenced and access is through secured electrically operated gates. 
The properties are suitable for a large family with parents or alternatively for two families on holiday together. they can also be booked individually. 
Outside. 
Our swimmimg pool which is shared between the two houses is 12 X 5 metres with steps at the shallow end and has an underwater lighting system that is controlled from the pool house. 
There is a barbeque on the main terrace of the Farmhouse outside the patio doors.several patio areas around the two houses are suitable for al fresco dining in the sun/shade. 
There is ample secure parking on the driveway inside the gates. 
Booking Notes. 
The Farmhouse and Villa can be rented separately or as a whole. Bookings can be made by email. For bookings made more than two months before the date of arrival a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the date of booking with the remaining 75% payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before the date of arrival full payment is required at the time of booking. 
Additional costs will be charged if use of the air conditioning is required during your stay.

Each of the 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds, all with wardrobes,chest of drawers,and bedside tables with lamps. en suite bathrooms to all bedrooms have shower,bath,vanity unit, and WC, master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath. Dining room with table and 8 chairs Gas central heating, hot water by solar panel. Villa. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, aabedroon 2 has 2 single beds, each bedroom has wardrobes, chests of drawers bedside tables with lamps. Bathroom has bath, shower, vanity unit, and WC Gas central heating, hot water by solar panel. New fully fitted kitchens have been fitted to both house with all of the required pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc Both Lounges have comfortable seating with AC and woodburner stoves for the cooler nights, with Satellite freeview TV.selection of CDs and DVD selection of games and books, One settee in each lounge converts to a double bed if required, Dining /kitchen with table and 6 chairs

    • There are beaches at Tavira, Fuzeta, Pedras del Rai, and Tavira Island within a 20-25 mins drive away,Supurb white sands and dunes, very quiet. 
    There are a number of excellent golf couses within easy reach of our property, 
    Benamor 20 minutes, Vilamoura (six top class courses) 30 minutes, Cplina Verde (nine holes) 10 minutes,Castro Marim 30minutes. 
    Faro Airport is a 20minutes drive away, A car is recommended for these properties.
