Villa Mourisca enjoys a peaceful location in an orange tree farm just 4kms from the centre of the small fishing village of Fuzeta. The nearest beach is the Island of Fuzeta, also only 4kms away. Access to this island is by ferry boat. The 4 bedroom property consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms, and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The fitted, fully equipped kitchen provides a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The open plan lounge/diner, with traditional tiled floors, features a T.V and patio doors that give onto the grounds. The garden has a shaded area with stone BBQ and a swimming pool measuring 10mx5m that provides plenty of terraced area. Maid service twice a week.
