Stunning views in easy reach of the nearest Town of Sao Bras - just 10 mins drive away with everything you could need - banks, restaurants, bars and cafes with daily fresh fish, fruit and veg market.
Faro Airport, Beaches and Golf all within 25 mins of the Villa.
This well equipped beautifully positioned secluded villa on the outskirts of Azinheiro has stunning views with spacious terraces and barbeque
Spacious lounge / dining room with flat screen TV, hi-fi system, treadmill (running machine) and wood burner.
Patio doors leading out onto the terrace with sun bathing area, barbeque and swimming pool.
Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite with air-conditioning.
Second bedroom with king size Four Poster bed - with air conditioning.
Third bedroom with 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have patio doors leading to pool area. Further bathroom with large seperate shower.
Large kitchen very well equipped with two large fridges - one for the drinks!
Mature landscaped gardens with local flowers and shrubs - car port for one car, plenty of space for further vehicles.
Towels are provided for personal use and for the pool - the bed-linen and towels are changed weekly. Cleaning is weekly, but can be arranged more often if required at a small additional cost.
The nearest Beach is at Fuzeta, a beautiful old fashioned Town 10 minutes drive to the East.
Golf courses are 25 mins drive away along with the famous Water Parks, Go Karting, Horse Riding - or just soak up the atmosphere, dine al fresco and watch the sun go down with the Algarve lights twinkling in the distance.
This beautifully positioned away from it all villa is a haven of peace and tranquillity, it invites you to relax and unwind away from the madding crowds, relax with a cool drink and watch the sun go down over the Atlantic, tomorrow is another day.........

The Almancil Water Park is within 25 minutes drive of the Villa - you can spend the day there and it is well wortha visit - tickets can be booked online in advance and saves queing up at busy times.
Also there is Go Karting and horse riding in Almancil - lot's to do for the yougsters...
A very nice Beach is called the Black Horse Beach also in Almancil - excellent clean beach and a couple of nice Restaurants.
Fuzeta is the closest Beach to the Villa being within 15 mins drive - a beautiful old Portuguese Town, well worth a visit.
Olhao' is a large town to the East of Faro - no more than 15 minutes away, it is a large fishing town and has a new Marina - you can catch a Ferry across to the Island 10 minutes away for 3 euros - spend the day there sunbathing and feeling the sea breezes - there is a large Cafe / Restaurant on the Island.

Booking is direct with the owner and payment of a 25% deposit to secure is requested. The balance payment will become due 8 weeks before departure. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure the full cost of the holiday will be required. Cheques by post or direct transfers can be made in either Pounds to the UK or Euros to Portugal.Debit cards and credit cards also accepted at a charge of £10.00 Travel holiday insurance is essential to cover non-refundable payments in case of cancellation. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A discount of 10% will be given for consecutive bookings of more than one week. Larger bookings for long term winter lets available by negotiation.

Casa do Monte - my gorgeous home in the sun!
Casa do Monte is a very special holiday home in a beautifully scenic and tranquil part of the Algarve, Portugal. Yet only 20 mins from Faro Airport.
It is a very special home and as soon as I arrive I feel relaxed and switch off almost immediately.
It has a fabulous position in that it is "away from it all" yet within 10 mins of a lovely town called Sao Bras de Alportel, with many restaurants'cafes markets and shops of all descriptions.
As well as the local array of places to eat you will also find Michellin star restaurants' down in area known as The Golden Triangle..Villamoura, Almancil and surrounding areas.
There is one of the small leading Hotels of the world 5 minutes away and is a must for an al fresco lunch - albeit very English called Monte do Casal sign posted just outside of Estoi.
There is also the Palace of Estoi now a Poussada similar to a Parrador in Spain - Government owned impressive historical buildings open to the piblic and many of which have fabulous Restaurants' and facilities.The picture is my Partners' Son sitting in Estoi square in front of the Church at one of the local cafes. The Palace is a 2 minute walk and the Ruins are 5 mins walk away - both big tourist attractions.
One of our favorite restaurants locally is called Graciano's - on the outskirts of Sao Bras - details are in the Villa and is well worth a visit, the Portuguese owners are very hospitable and the food excellent. Their speciality is called "Steak on the Stone". your steak comes seared part cooked on a large slab and basically you carry on cooking it to your exact liking. Salad, chips and three sifferent sauces come with it....a must!
There are too many lovely things to write about why you would love to spend some quality time at Casa do Monte.
So I suggest you try it for yourself and see.....
