Vacation Rental Description
The apartment was built 3 years ago and has been furnished with a twin room and a double room. The Lounge includes a television and DVD player along with a selcetion of DVDs but please feel free to watch your own. There is also a playstation for keeping you amused again with a selection of games. There is a stereo unit and a selection of games and books to read. A barbeque is available for use on the balcony and we go to the local fish market and pick up fresh fruit and veg, meat and fish and sit out in the early evening barbequeing and indulging in the local wine. Local amenities are all within walking distance and there is a choice of bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets. The beach can be reached by a small fishing boat cost 120 euro return per person or there is access to other beaches if using a car. There are 5 golf courses in close proximity to the flat the closest is a 5 minute drive (Benamor) The flat is 40 minutes drive from Faro airport or 1hr 30mins from Seville, we are 20 minutes from the Spanish border.

Cancellation charges More than 8 weeks prior to arrival –Deposit only, 6 and 8 weeks prior to arrival- Deposit + 50% of rental charge 6 weeks prior to arrival- Deposit + 100% of rental charge
