Our apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything to make your holiday comfortable and enjoyable. It has two bedrooms, each of which can be made up as doubles or singles, and one full bathroom and an en suite shower room. We also offer an extra folding single bed or a cot for an additional child. We can accommodate either four adults or two adults and up to three children. In summer we supply room fans and in winter radiators. There is a small south facing balcony where you can sit for breakfast or to relax. Four swimming pools are available to you on the complex and a five minute walk and an enjoyable five minute boat trip will take you to a beautiful sandy beach with a bar, cafe and sun loungers available. You will find a supermarket, fresh fish and vegetable market,post office, bank and machine, restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops all within walking distance, so if you do not wish to hire a car, everything you need is nearby. There is a regular bus service to Tavira and the train station about a ten minute walk away will take you along the coast to Spain or through Faro to the west coast of Portugal. The nearest golf course, Benamor, is a fifteen minute walk and there are more to choose from nearby.
Cabanas is a traditional Portuguese fishing village and still retains its charm even though modern holiday developments are being built around it. Tavira council only allow buildings of a maximum of three stories in this area which is helping to retain the character. Quinta da Gomeira is almost complete and building is scheduled to finish in the summer of 2008. The final block is near our apartment, so we have kept our prices at 2006 levels just in case the work runs over the date.

Low Season Price : €250 High Season Price : €500 per Week
January and February are charged at 250 euros per week, March to June at 350 euros per week, July to September at 500 euros per week and October to December 250 euros per week. The rental prices are quoted in euros, but may be paid in pounds sterling at the rate of exchange at the time of booking. We ask for a twenty percent non returnable deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable six weeks before the date of arrival. A returnable 100 euro security deposit is required with the second payment. The cost of any replacements or repairs will be deducted from this amount and the balance returned. We prefer payment by bank transfer.
