Vacation Rental Description
Set in manicured gardens this apartment is for those who enjoy their comforts while having a peaceful holiday.The complex is small so the large pool never feels crowded.The apartment is very modern and furnished in a contemporary style to compliment the cream marble/oak floors.There is direct access from the small garden patio at the front to the large landscaped gardens.The apartment benefits from an inner courtyard which is a lovely cool place to sit and read or have a meal in the heat of summer.The use of zip and link beds means you can either have 2 superking beds or 4 twin beds depending on your party's needs.There is also a Z bed for a fifth guest.The Master bedroom is ensuite with a fabulous rainmaker walk in shower while the other bedroom shares the large mosaic tiled family bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath.There are electric shutters on the bedroom windows and remote controlled airconditioning throughout so you can catch up on some sleep!
The lounge is furnished with leather sofas and there is a flat screen TV,DVD/Video player and a CD player with Ipod docking station.There is SKY TV with all the free to air British channels and we also have a large selection of movies both childrens and adults on dvd and video.
In this open plan living area there is also a table and chairs to seat six people.Sliding doors open to the front garden pation area which also has table and chairs.A glass door leads to the inner courtyard which has a mosaic table and wrought iron chairs-there is also a gas fired barbeque here and some plants.
The kitchen is very large and is very well equipped having all the appliances you would expect such as ceramic hob,oven with microwave and grill,dishwasher,washer/drier,large fridge freezer and coffee maker.There are ample glasses,dishes,cutlery etc.There is a small food processor which is also an electric whisk/blender.
We have a small selection of games/puzzles if you get bored some evening.
High quality bed linens and towels are provided but you must supply your own beach towels.The apartment is cleaned before arrival and after you leave and this is included in the price.Additional cleaning/change of bed linen can be arranged at an extra cost.
The Pool is large and there is a shallow pool for small children.There is a large decked area with sunloungers and we also have additional loungers for use in the garden.There are 2 indoor jacuzzis at the pool area along with showers.
Facilities
For those who are hiring a car there is plenty of parking at the complex.The kitchen in the apartment is very large and very well equipped as cooking is a hobby of mine and there is also a gas barbeque in the courtyard garden.There is SKY free to air channels available and you can also bring your own SKY card if you have one.We have a small library of books and a large collection of DVDs and Videos suitable for adults and children.We also have some family games and jigsaws.There is a cd player and an Ipod and MP3 docking station.There is a cool bag and ice packs so you can take a picnic to the beach.

There are so many things to see and do around Tavira that it would be hard to fit it all in here so if you visit our website you will have a full overview of what is available,we have information on beaches,shopping,museums,waterparks,zoo marine,camera obscura,mini train etc etc......

- Travel Info: The apartment is a 25 min drive from Faro airport along the A22 motorway.It is also possible to fly into Seville and the drive is then 1 hour and 30 mins on motorway for most of the journey.

The prices include linen,towels,aircon/heating and end of stay cleaning.Aditional cleaning or change of linen can be arranged but will be charged as extra.To book we require a non refundable 30% booking deposit and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.Payment is by bank transferso it is possible to use your visa card and is in euro.A refundable damage deposit of €300 is payable to our management company on arrival and returned before you leave.Additional items such as a cot or high chair can be supplied for a small charge.

The apartment was the highest standard we have ever encountered when renting an apartment and had everything you could possibly need. The apartment was immaculate and even contained a jacuzzi bath!
The kids unwinded while watching the satellite channels after a long day at the beach or pool before heading into town for a fantastic fish dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants. We decided not to hire a car this time and the transfer from Faro was less than 30 minutes using a taxi company that met us at arrivals.
The location was perfect (a 5 minute safe walk to town). The daily boat trip to the beach was an adventure for the adults and children alike. Tavira is an unspoilt region of the Algarve and I hope it retains its authenticity for a long time. I look forward to going back to this apartment next year . IRISH FAMILY JULY 2009
We have had a very enjoyable stay in this brand new apartment in a nice & quiet complex with good facilities. Ground floor with large garden in front of the apartment so in particular suitable for families with young children. Nice features are the inside patio and large, well equipped kitchen. Tavira is a lovely quaint local fishing village. Highly recommended as a spot to explore the eastern Algarve and neighbouring Spain. There are many options for day trips in the area and also lots of good quality golf courses. A car would be helpful for exploring the area although not needed if only staying in Tavira as the apartment is only 30 mins from Faro airport and 15 mins walk from the town centre of Tavira. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday, Tavira is a no brainer, with its lovely beach, and picturesque countryside. We hired bikes and cycled all around – the paths are well built and the nature is magnificent! SLOVAKIAN COUPLE MAY 2009.
We are a family of five, two adults and three children aged between 10 and 16 and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful apartment. We travelled from Ireland to Seville, hired a car in Seville and drove to Tavira, a journey which took us approx 1 hour 40 mins. We had a super holiday in this beautiful apartment. Everything was very clean, well maintained and new. The apartment had everything that you would need - large, well equipped kitchen, cool courtyard area with gas barbecue, very comfortable seating area with large flat screen TV, sky and iPod dock, dining area with large table, stylish master bedroom with generous en-suite, large second bedroom and well fitted bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. We have never stayed anywhere that was so stylishly decorated and well equipped.
The small outdoor seating area at the front of the apartment gets the morning sun - ideal for breakfast. The balcony off the bedrooms at the rear of the property gets the evening sun - ideal for gin and tonic!
The complex is very well maintained with a large pool and lots of sun beds - in our experience this was always quite quiet. There is also a grass area in front the apartment where you can relax. BRITISH FAMILY AUG 2009
