This luxury 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is situated on the top floor of two storey block. The apartment has three terraces including an outstanding roof terrace with breathtaking views to the sea & the village centre. The apartment is south facing enjoying sunshine all day long. 
 
Accommodation comprises two large bedrooms & a large lounge area with a fully fitted kitchen & bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower over. The lounge & kitchen both have patio doors leading to a large terrace with sun loungers, dining table & bbq. The apartment has the use of 4 shared pools & gardens. 
 
There are 5 first class golf coursres within 15 minutes of the apartment-:

*Sea fishing can be arranged fron the village  
*River cruises available from Cabanas

*Within the village there are a number of busineses offering internet cafes. 
*Within Cabanas there are several outstanding restaurants and numerous relaxing bars to suit all tastes.

Water parks & Zoomarine are 30 mins away coaches from the villa 
 
Beach 
 
The local beach at Cabanas is reached by a small boat that takes you over the river. This runs from the Golden Club and from other points along the front, it is easy to spot. These run throughout the day during the summer season but the service is limited during the winter. In the winter it only runs from the Golden Club, although not strictly for public use, just slip the operator a few Euros. 
 
There are also several other excellent beaches along the coastline 
 
For further information that is not in the manual the reception at  
 
Pedras de Rhaina is very helpful, and they speak English. 
 
You will find copies of bus / train time tables etc there  
 
shopping  
 
There are supermarkets in Cabanas 
However if you require large superstores there are several in Tavira 
 
There is a large Lidl next to the train station in Tavira

1) The accomodation is let on a self catering basis only with prices quoted on a weekly basis. The minimum let is three days these rates will be charged at 20 % per day of the weekly cost 2) The changeover days are flexible but will have to fit in with previous bookings already taken 3) The costs do not include flights, car hire or transport to & from the airport. Transfers from the airport can be arrranged but there will be an extra cost for this payable to our local contact 4) The costs for utilities and for post & pre cleaning are included 5) For bookings made before 2 months of departure a non refundable deposit of 25% of the cost is required immediatley with the remainder paid 8 weeks before departure 6) For bookings within 2 months of departure a 100 % payment will be required immediatley Cancellation : Up to 4 weeks before all monies except deposit returned. Less than 4 weeks no monies returned
