On the ground floor the entrance hall opens on to the very spacious open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge is beautifully furnished and has a modern, contemporary feel with lots to keep you entertained including Sky TV, internet and music. Both the lounge and the spacious dining room lead out on to the terrace and gardens  
The kitchen is very spacious and modern. It is fully fitted and equipped with everything you will need and also opens out on the covered barbecue area. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. 
 
On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, all en-suite. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have access to a large sunny terrace. The master bedroom has a cot. The villa also has a fourth bedroom / games room located in the lower ground floor which will sleep up to 4 people.

Outside there is a large terrace and covered barbecue area, well maintained garden and large private swimming pool. The villa and gardens offer wonderful views over Millennium golf course. All in all this is a wonderfully comfortable and indulgent base for relaxing holidays in the sunshine
