Vacation Rental Description
BEDROOMS 1 & 2 - with super king size beds ( which may be split into 2 singles), large wardrobes, dressing table, hairdryer and ensuite bathroom. Ensuites consist of jacuzzi bath with shower over, WC, bidet and hand basin. Both master bedrooms have patio doors which lead onto large balcony with seating area. 
 
BEDROOMS 3 & 4 - have twin beds, large wardrobes. One bedroom has direct access to the garden and pool area. Bedroom 3 & 4 share the downstairs guest bathroom which has a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and hand basin. 
 
KITCHEN - the kitchen is large and well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. There is a pantry off the kitchen with further storage space a second fridge/freezer and an iron with ironing board. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery plus serving plates and cooking utensils for 10 people. The kitchen has a central island with seating around it. 
 
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM - The lounge area boasts a large satellite plasma TV and DVD. there is a large corner suite and additional comfy seats to seat 8 - 10 people. The large granite dining table also seats 8 - 10 comfortably. 
 
GAMES ROOM - The basement has been converted in to a games room with pool table, table tennis table and a darts board. It also has bar stools and tables. 
 
OUTSIDE - The large south facing garden has a private swimming pool, hot tub and paved patio area with 8 sun loungers and a large grassed area. There is a barbeque and a large dining table with large sun shade which accommodates up to 10 people and is ideal for al-fresco dining. 
 
COAST / BEACH - There are many sandy beaches within a 15 - 20 minute drive of the villa. 
 
GOLF - The owners are keen golfers and have specifically chosen this villa for its accessibility to all the Algarves championship golf courses. The owners are more than willing to recommend golf courses and to help with bookings of golf, flights, car hire etc. 
 
TRAVEL - Car hire recommended. Faro airport 20mins. Vilamoura 10mins. Loule 10mins. Lisbon by train 2.5hrs. Best supermarket 10mins. Restaurant 5 min walk. Water park 10mins. Beaches, a vast choice from 15mins drive. Ria Formosa nature reserve within 30 min drive. Banks and cashpoints in Vilamoura Harbour.

Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Da Lago are only 10 minutes drive. The property is ideal for families wishing to explore the Algarve or golfers looking for a luxury base convenient to numerous championship golf courses. Near by is Loule train station where you may get trains for days out touring the Algarve or Central Portugal including Lisbon. Taxis may also be found at the station for trips into Vilamoura harbour.

    RENTAL PERIODS JANUARY / FEBRUARY £800 MARCH / APRIL £1000 MAY £1100 JUNE £1395 JULY / AUGUST £1995 SEPTEMBER £1395 OCTOBER £1100 NOVEMBER / DECEMBER £800 All prices are for the villa for 1 weeks rental. The villa sleeps up to 8 people + 1 infant. Air conditioning / heating incurs a £70 per week supplement. Change over day is Saturday during peak season and main summer holidays. We will be flexible where possible. 40% deposit to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to travel. Refundable security deposit cheque will be required with the balance payment. (£500, which will be returned 1 week after holiday completion prividing no damages or breakages have occured.)
