Vacation Rental Description
This new and modern villa is fully enclosed and the garden not easily overlooked so very private and safe for families and groups. There are two terraces leading off the lounge and the kitchen at the back of the villa with steps down to the private pool with a large garden beyond. There are 3 bedrooms in total with the master bedroom and en suite bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet, lounge and dining room and fully fitted, modern kitchen. The lounge has satellite TV and a DVD player with a log fire for the autumn and winter nights! On the first floor are two further bedrooms which share a bathroom between them. There is a utility area in the basement with washing machine and tumble dryer. Further details outdoors: The rear terraces and pool and garden area are south facing with the sun on these areas throughout the day. though shade is available when required. The front of the house has a terrace off the bedrooms on the first floor which provides a shady place to read.

My husband and I moved to Vilamoura, Portugal in March 2006 having bought four properties which we rented out for holiday bookings. On arrival, we found ourselves having to rent someone else's property as ours were either booked out or awaiting completion!
