The apartment is localized 5 minutes walk from the beach and marina with it's shops, restaurants, bars and discos. Two supermarkets walking distance, restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, casino, hairdresser and laundry. No need to use the car. There is an underground safe parking and 4 lifts from the garage to the apartment. Nearest hotel is Dom Pedro Golf Resort.

Living room and one bedroom with access to the veranda. Each bedroom has an air-conditioning unit.
The apartment has a veranda, at the veranda there is a table for two and plants. The swimming pool is shared inside the building and has a shower and a toilet for ladies and gentlemen.

Entrance of the building adapted for wheelchair users. No stairs to go to the apartment. Bathtub with shower has an iron handle to help to stand up and get out of the bathtub. One of the bathrooms a walk in shower with no bathtub.

Coast/Beach:
The distance to the beach is 10 minutes walk, no need to use a car. At the beach there are many restaurants and bars, public wc, sunshades and lifeguards during the summer season.
Golf:
Green fees can be provided by one of the nearby hotels, Dom Pedro Golf or Dom Pedro Marina or local travel agents at Vilamoura. There are 5 championship golf courses at Vilamoura, you will need car to get there, the distance 10 minutes by car.
Special interest holidays:
At the marina you can take a long walk or perhaps book fishing cruises, boat trips to the Algarve coast. There is also a nearby tennis club and horse back riding center. This place has good nightlife and a car is not required. There are also special paths for walking, jogging and bicycle riding.
