This amazing 250 m2 luxury villa is set in an immaculate landscaped garden of 2,000 m² within the prestigious Vila Sol SPA & Golf Resort in Vilamoura, one of the best regions of the Algarve. The Villa is a short drive from the Vilamoura International Marina with its restaurants and bars, casino, nightlife and entertainment, and from justly famous restaurants and beaches in the area.  
 
Located in a privileged part of the estate and with garden and tree views, the Villa is close to the Vila Sol Golf Course. As a Vila Sol guest, you can also enjoy the resort's other facilities such as the 2 tennis courts and the Renaissance Spa, where you benefit from discounted rates. Ideal for relaxing family holidays or golfing all year round, the house has air-conditioning in every room. 
 
The villa is on 2 floors, the ground floor accommodating up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and the upper floor accommodating up to 4 adults and 1 child in the remaining 2 bedrooms. The communal areas are also on the ground floor; a large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All the ground floor rooms open onto the garden and the 2 rooms on the upper floor each have a pleasant and private 15m2 balcony. 
 
3 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the fourth bathroom is located right next to the remaining bedroom. 
 
On the ground floor the comfortable living room has a working fireplace and seating and dining areas for 8 to 10 people. It gives onto the covered terrace and garden. It is fully equipped with modern entertainment equipment, includingl cable TV with international channels, DVD, and stereo with CD and MP3 player. 
 
The coverd terrace is a blessing in hot weather and, with a barbecue and eating area for up to 10 people, is an ideal setting for large family gatherings. The swimming pool completes the idyll; it is very secluded for total privacy. 
 
Oudoor parking is easy and secure and the villa also has a garage for up to 2 cars. 
 
Daily cleaning in the morning of 3 or 4 hours is included in the price.

Portugal is a paradise where the golfer can play almost every day of the year, and the Algarve is now internationally recognised for its golf courses and playing conditions. 
 
The fabulous Vila Sol 27 hole golf complex is on your doorstep and guests are able to enjoy special rates. Designed by the architect Donal Steel, it occupies a valley sculpted by nature and is divided into 3 courses of differing levels of difficulty: Prime, Challenge and Prestige. It hosted the Portuguese Open (in 1992 and 1993), and its value was recognised in 1996 with the award by Green Globe of the Green Flag (certificate of conformity with environmental standards), and in 2001 with the Best Golf Development award presented by the British Member of Parliament, Sir Eric Pickles. 
 
Golfers will enjoy this excellent course in its unique natural setting.

• Nearest Airport : Faro International Airport at 20 kilometers distance;
• Travel Info: Most European cities have direct flights to Faro airport, taking aproximately 2 hours, and there are also national flights from Oporto and Lisbon. New York and Rio de Janeiro are about 8 hours away. The Villa is reached by car from Faro airport in 20 minutes and from Lisbon airport in 3.5 hours. The taxi fare from the airport is aproximately Euro40. A shuttle bus service guarantees easy access to Vila Sol beach complex in Praia do Ancao. There is also a shuttle service to the Vilamoura marina throughout the day and early evening and to other local golf courses. A car is recommended to explore fully the many delights of the area; however, as the resort has every facility on hand, a car free holiday is also very enjoyable.
