The apartment has a large south facing terrace, ideal for relaxing in the summer evening sun.

Large, private private south-facing terrace with patio chairs, table and lounger. The apartment is located five minutes drive to the Marina and beach. The marina has en extensive range of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The apartment is surrounded by five championship golf courses, less than 5 minutes drive to the renowned Old Course Golf Club and the recently opened Victoria Golf Club. There are 2 waterparks, including Zoomarine, and for those of you who enjoy shopping Algarve shopping centre is 20 minutes as is Faro shopping centre.Almancil, Vale de Lobo, Albuferia and Faro are 15-20 min drive. Vilamoura is a fantastic location for your holiday with amenities to suit all ages.

The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences, to include Air Conditioning, Washing machine, secure underground parking, Dishwasher, Microwave and all cooking utensils. Sky satelite TV is available in the apartment, showing Sky News, all the BBC and ITV channels. Both bedrooms are very spacious. The balcony benefits from sunshine all day long. The lounge is unique given the glass exterior wall, resulting in bright and spacious living space. There is a one bathroom and one ensuite. All towels and linen are provided for your stay.

The property is located in Terracos do Pinhal and is surrounded by 5 championship golf courses, all less than 5 minutes drive from the apartment. The marina in vilamoura is a 3km drive. Vilamoura centre is extremely easy to navigate, with ample parking even in high season. The marina houses a vast range of restaurants to suit all tastes. There are also a number of designer shops and numerous bars to enjoy an evening drink as the sun goes down. One can hire a boat for sailing, go on a fishing or diving excursion from the many operators at the marina. There are a number of water parks within easy reach. The nearest water park is located on the road to Quarteira, near the Vila Sol golf resort. Algarve shopping is located close to Albufeira, which is a 15 minute drive from the apartment.
