Accomodation:
Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: the main bedroom is en-suite with patio doors leading on to a larged terraced area which looks onto the pool and garden. Queen-sized bed, large built-in wardrobe and bedside furniture. Bedroom 2: twin beds, fitted wardobes and sunny balcony.
Bathrooms: En-suite has WC, shower, washbasin. Second bathroom has WC, bidet, bath/shower, basin. Towels are provided.
Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, including cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, taoster, washing machine, well stocked.
Living Rooms: Large living/dining area with new furniture including double sofa bed. Lagrhe TV, DVD, coffee table, portable steoe, dining table and six chairs, french doors leading to patio area with table and chairs.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen included and are changed once a week. Additional maid services available on request.
Accessibility: Apartment is on the ground floor, although there are several steps leading up to the front entrance.
Outside: The patio is excellent for sitting out, keeping cool and relaxing at night in front of the illuminated pool. Chairs, dining table and sun loungers are provided. The pool is well maintained and exclusive to residents in this small complex.
Coast/Beach: Beautiful, clean Falesia beach is located within ten minutes walk from the apartment and stretches several kilometres towards Albufiera. There are several restaurants and cafes on the beach and sun loungers and umbrellas may be rented. All types of water sports available on the beach. Boat trips for fishing and dolphin watching available at marina.
Golf: Vilamoura has five championship golf courses that are in close vicinity to the apartment.
Travel: Faro airport is 20 minutes by car (taxi costs about €30). Contact name for car hire or taxi can be provided.
Distances by car: Albufiera, 20 minutes, marina, 3 minutes, Val de Lobo, 15 minutes.
Further details: Restaurant, supermarket and crazy golf located about 4 minutes away. ATM and a host of restaurants, bars and cafes located towards marina.
