Private garden only 12 apts in block. Small kiddies' pool. Car required as although beach, shops and restraunts are nearby they are 5-10 minutes by car for the most part. The Millennium, Laguna and Victoria clubhouses are just a short stroll from the front door. Car parking is underground.

Low Season Price : €400
High Season Price : €800 per Week
30% deposit required 12 weeks in advance to secure booking with balance due six weeks prior to arrival. Owner reserves right to full forfeit of amount paid on cancellation.
