The apartment is an ex-show home and fitted out tastefully with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a kitchen, large living/dining room and large balcony, it has security access and underground parking, the apartment also has use of a swimming pool and gardens at the rear. This executive apartment is ideal for summer rental and winter rental alike, appealing to golfers between the months of October and April and families from May to September. The apartment offers full self-catering facilities with cooker, washer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc, it also boasts satellite TV and wireless internet access. It is possible to sleep 6 people in the apartment (large family) as the living room has 2 double fold down settees. This apartment is ideally situated to have either a peaceful relaxing holiday or optionally sample lively Vilamoura.

The water park is only a 10 minute drive away and boasts lots of rides for a fun day out for the family. The apartment is located in the middle of the Millenium/Laguna/Victoria golf complex with courses being literally 2 minutes away. Shopping in Loule is a 15/20 minute drive and the lively town of Albufeira is also 15/20 minutes away if you want a different night out the cost by taxi is approximately 20 euros. If you don't want to go anywhere and just lie by the pool then you can do that in lovely surroundings.
