This is a GROUND FLOOR apartment, and is accessed by two steps to the front door, therefore with a little help wheelchairs can be accommodated. An intruder alarm has been installed, however, the area is very quiet and safe. The shutters provide added security and also keep the rooms cool during summer and warm in winter.
This is not just any holiday rental, its fitted out as a traditional English style home which means it's comfortable for short and long term stays. 8 people can be seated at the dining room table and 4 in the kitchen where there is another table. The kitchen fitments are good quality and there is no shortage of pots, glassware and china - so you can cook proper meals! The patio is excellent for dining and sitting around in the shade. It is just a few yards from the main & kiddies pool so you can keep an eye on the kids whilst relaxing. It never gets too busy.
