Our Apartment is only 5 minutes by car to the Marina and resort, but is in a quiet and sought after area of Vilamoura. Only 30 minutes from Faro international airport, you do not have to travel far for your holiday stay.
Lovely Algarve beaches are a mere 10 minutes away, beaches which are washed by the tides twice a day!
A feast of restaurants abound in the Vilamoura area, serving fresh fish straight form the atlantic. The spacious private terraces of our apartment are ideal for relaxing and resting.
Go inland from the sea, and you are very soon in a Portuguese culture going back hundreds of years. Revel in the history of villages and towns which have changed little for the past 200 years.
Those enthusiasts who go for water sports will enjoy the snorkelling, diving and fishing in the warm ocean.
The night-life and cultural activities in Vilamoura are well known, but our Apartment is in a safe and quiet area.

We have an undergound secure garage with an elevator to our door. Those with limited mobility find this ideal. Our english local Management agent is only 10 minutes away, and she will take care of all your questions and requests, to make your holiday even more enjoyable.

We require €uros 75 deposit with bookings. This deposit is returned 14 days after your depatrure, subject to damage or loss. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments.
Full refund on cancellation is offered, only as long as we are able to re-let at price paid.
We offer discounts for bookings of more than 1 week. We can commence rentals any days of the week, to suit your travel arrangements. We can offer rentals of 4 days or more, and rentals need not be in multiples of 7 days.

Owners Profile

Rent our home in the Algarve!

Patricia and I have owned this apartment from new, when we bought it in 2005.
Our family and ourselves have a lot of fun in the Algarve, and have made lots of friends there.
In fact, we can see why so many English choose to live and retire in the area.
After about 15 years of visiting, we opted for Vilamoura, but not in the town, to purchase our holiday property. This is a quiet part of Vilamoura, but only a few minutes from the Marina and resort. We are not golfers (I do admit to keeping an old set of clubs in our apartment basement!), but do like to watch the enthusiasts from our terrace while we have a leasurely breakfast.
Our favourite beach (Trafal) is only 10 mins. away, but we both prefer a long swim in our pool; sometimes after dark to cool off a bit before its time to turn in.
We do love going into the hills and hinterland, away form the coast. We find small places where its easy to get lunch for 2 and a drink, for the price of a couple of coffees or drinks in the Marina! Do have a look; thank you.
