The apartment is situated on the first floor of a small secure condominium on the outskirst of Vilamoura, yet only a gentle 20 minute stroll to the marina with its wide choice of bars, shops and restourants. It is a similar distance to Falesia Beach, on the best on the Algarve.  
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker (gas hob/electric oven), microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board. Maid service is once weekly. There are two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities including jacuzzi bath and shower over. Plus separate shower room. The lounge has two sofa beds, large dining area with table to seat 6/8, Radio/CD player and TV (not satellite. There is underground parking for a car.  
The is a supermarket, bank and newsagents within 10 minutes of the property together with the Golf Sol Restaurant. 'Crazy Golf' at Roma Golf is close to the restaurant and supermarket.  
Championship golf courses surround Vilamoura and the apartment is close to the recently opened Victoria and Millenium courses, others are a short drive/taxi ride away. 
The marina is an ideal spot for people and yacht spotting whilst relaxing with a drink. There are water parks for a fund day out for a ll the family. The 'Algarve Shopping Mall' is aout a 20 minute drive (or taxi ride away) near Guia, with over 50 shops, a food court, multi-screen cinema and bowling alley.

There is a communal pool with small splash pool for small children. A large balcony with table and chairs overlooks the gardens and pool. This faces south so gets the benefit of all day sun. There is underround parking for a car. During the holiday season and 'beach train' runs by the apartment with the stop just round the corner which will take you to Falasia Beach. There is a Casino in Vilamoura where you can dine and watch carbaret as well as trying your luck at the tables.

There is a water park on the outskirts of Vilmaoura Near the Golf Sol complex. A bowls club is about 15 minutes away. The tennis club is about 10 minutes from the apartment. Golf Roma gives a good helf day to adults and children of all ages, it has a small play room and snack bar. This is situated a 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet part of Vilamoura but with easy access to both marine and Falesia beach. Both being within a 15min walk. There is a loacl resaturant nearby (Closed Wednesdays) which serves excellent homecooked food as very reasonable prices. There is children's menua. Amadil and his sister Theresa will give you a warm welcome. There is seating both inside an outside.with a large patio. Close by for those who are still kids a heart is Golf Roma (Crazy Golf) will will provide an entertaining couple of hours. There are two 18 hole courses on the complex with small snack bar and childrends play area.
