Peaceful and quiet within a small, private, villa-style complex, it is just a 5 minute drive to the marina, shops and beaches. One bedroom has en-suite shower room and the second has use of main bathroom catering to four singles or two doubles. A/C, CD, DVD, washing machine and BBQ. There is a communal pool with private sun loungers provided. Price varies from season and maid service and extras such as children`s cot, etc. are available on request. Low Season: Nov - Mar €350. Mid Season: April & May, Sept & Oct €600. High Season: Jun, Jul, Aug  
€800. 
 
 
Bedrooms / Bathrooms 
Main bedroom has own en-suite and large second bedroom is next to the main bath and shower room. Both bedrooms are at the back of the building so benefit from morning sun and quiet location overlooking gardens. 
 
 
Living Areas 
Spacious, light and airy living and dining room facing front terrace overlooking courtyard. Comfortable leather corner sofa and banana leaf tables gives this room a hacienda feel, offset by a wood and wrought iron dining area and handpainted traditional floor tiles. AC, DVD. 
 
 
Kitchen / Dining 
Beautiful white, bright and spacious kitchen with everything you could want for a relaxed and easy holiday. Fridge freezer, coffee-maker, microwave and laundry room with washing machine, iron, board and portable clothes dryer. 
 
 
Swimming Pool 
Family size pool with children`s pool attached. Located at front of building in secluded garden area with thatched umbrellas. Sun loungers provided by each apartment. 
 
 
Outside 
There are 3 terraces - a small main bedroom patio and two more -one facing the courtyard and one leading out to the kitchen which wraps around the back of the apartment. Perfect for dining and drinks. Fully shaded and equipped with tables and chairs and portable BBQ grill 
 
 
Location 
Perfectly positioned, just a 5 min drive from buzz and glamour of Vilamoura Marina, Brisas do Sul is nestled between three of the most esteemed golf courses in the Algarve. The area surrounding the complex gives the impression of being in the countryside, with views to the mountains and a quiet and tranquil atmosphere. All you can want, from sightseeing, water sports, horseriding, tennis, water parks, beach, shopping and dining is all within a 5 min radius, either by foot or car.
