The apartment is located on the 2nd floor within a small development of 18 apartments spread over 2 seperate buildings. Constructed in 2004, the aprtment boasts a size of 150 sq.m. which includes the inside plus 3 balconies (this is much larger than the typical 2 bed apartment you'll find in Vilamoura.) There is a large pool area with gardens, which provides plenty of room for sun bathing. Parking is available outside the building and also via 2 basement parking spaces for exclusive use by the owners and their guests. It's quiet, cul-de-sac location means there is no through traffic and therefore safe for young children. The Millenium, Laguna and Victoria courses are within a short walk, and the 15th and 16th holes on the Millenium course are only yards from the apartment. Three other golf courses are within 5 minutes drive.
The property itself comprises of entry hall leading to a large open plan lounge and dining area with fireplace and patio doors to long balcony area. The kitchen is off to the right and contains open drying area with tumble dryer. Also located on the ground floor is the smaller of the two bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobe and bathroom with WC, bidet, double sinks and very large shower. Stairs leading out of the lounge/dining area lead you to a half landing with small balcony, then up to the next level where you'll find the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and balcony. The en-suite bathrom has wc, bidet, double sinks, bath with whirlpool and shower
