We have a restaurant/coffee shop below the complex which closes approx 10pm. There are many more good restaurants in the town too. For entertaining the family then we have the bigest water park in the algarve. The nearest golf course is a 10 minute drive away, which is Vila Sol. Nearby is a tennis court and the beach is a 10 minute walk away from the apartment.cinema 5 min drive, the world famous val do lobo golf course is 10 min drive, also the old course,oceaniano course, millenium course 10 min drive.

we require a deposit of £ 100 to hold booking with the balance to be paid eight weeks before your vaction, we do also require a deposit of £ 100 ( will be returned )to cover any accidental damage that might accur my agent will check out the apartment after letting.there are three methods of payment

cancellation policy after you have booked the policy is you have 1 week to cancel we will return deposit after that time ( 1 week) we will keep the the £ 100
