Villa Joana is an outstanding two bedroom duplex at the Vila Sol Spa and Golf Resort - a 27 hole Championship Golf course. Be our guest and enjoy a 30% discount on green fees. The property is situated in a beautifully landscaped village setting with three pools and luxury spa! The property has modern interiors which are professionally and tastefully decorated. It comprises two twin bedrooms to sleep four people. There is also a sofa bed to accomodate 2 addition people, if required. The master bedroom has an ensuite Jacuzzi and separate shower; the second bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Bed linen, towels and a full maid service are provided for your use.
The living/dining room area is approached down a sweeping curved stairway and will accommodate a party of six guests. The property has television satellite/cable, and DVD. The music system will play cassettes and CD's.
There is a seperate fully equiped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. You will also find a dish washer, washing machine & tumble dryer together with an iron and ironing board.
The lounge leads out onto a large tiled patio shaded by a pergola. Loungers (with cushions) and patio furniture are provided. The patio opens out onto the village green. Four shared pools are provided within a few seconds walk, together with poolside bar/cafe. Ample car parking spaces outside the apartment.
The villa has access to no less than 4 swimming pools within the village setting, one of which has a poolside restaurant/bar. There is a tradition pub (Oscars) and supermarket close by (1 minute walk!!)Vila Sol has its own private beach. It hosts a variety of water sports and has a restaurant which serves salads, light meals, grilled fish and seafood. Many of the other beautiful Algarve beaches are within 15 - 45 minutes drive.
Facilities
Notes on accommodation: A complimentary cot, high chair and buggy are available. The air-conditioning also acts as heating if required (we have never yet need it ourselves!). The communal gated grounds are enclosed, so safe for children. Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Property cleaning service provided. Amenities/Facilities: Hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, cable tv, central heating, air conditioning, cot, high chair, shared pool.

Villa Joana is situated in the magnificent Vila Sol Spa & Golf Resort
Located in an estate of some 150 hectares, is characterised by its beautiful natural surroundings with a vast range of fauna, animal and plant life. At the Vila Sol resort you will find a fabulous 27-hole golf course designed by the famous architect Donald Steel, which stretches along a wide valley, naturally sculpted by Mother Nature and divided into three loops with three different levels of difficulty: Prime, Challenge and Prestige.
Vila Sol Golf has twice played host to the Portuguese Open, in 1992 and 1993.
The Clubhouse, with its central location, is the starting and finishing point for each of the three 9-hole loops: the first heads to the East, the second to the West and the third to the South.
You can also practise your game at the excellent driving range or practise course, of around 300 metres, alongside the Clubhouse.

Prices shown are for the property per week in euros. A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation, non-refundable. Full payment of remaining balance is required eight weeks prior to travel. A deposit of £100.00 in the event of damage and breakages is required, refundable on return. Short breaks of less than one week are charged pro rata the weekly rate. Please contact us for discounts on lets of more than two weeks. Changeover day: Usually Saturday, but flexible, by arrangement.
