this is a lovely top floor apartment accessed by a lift. with a video entry security system.a modern well equipped kitchen and utility balcony with washing machine, iron and ironing board. the spacious sunny lounge has a balcony, dining table and four chairs, 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofa's. the master bedroom has a double bed, 2 sets of fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking orange groves.it has an ensuite bathroom with a jaccouzi bath, toilet, bidet and vanity sink unit.the second bedroom has twin beds and a large fitted wardrobe and also leads onto the balcony.the second bathroom has a shower over the bath, a toilet and bidet and a vanity sink unit. access to the communal roof terrace. secure underground parking with lift up to the apartment.

the aqua park is within walking distance or 5 mins by car. almancil karting is aprox 5 mins drive,the beach at fonte santa is aprox 10 mins drive, 30 mins walk. beaches also at vale do lobo, quinta do lobo, quarteira and vilamoura, all are really clean and within aprox 10 mins drive.the vila sol golf resort is within walking distance or 5 mins drive. there is a bank with atm machine, supermarket and pub/restaurants at vila sol. several other golf courses are nearby. market days are wednesday in quarteira and saturday at loule. public transport is available, aprox 10 mins walk to bus stop with buses going to faro, albufeira, loule and vilamoura.local taxi's are reasonable around 5/7 euro's to vilamoura.

alsakia village has 24 hour security, a very large pool (aprox 800 sqm) with a jaccouzzi,childrens pool and play area, 2 all weather tennis courts, a very well equipped air conditioned professional gym with sauna, solariunm and aerobics/ dance studio, all set within beautiful secure landscaped gardens and included in the price. there is also a bar and restaurant onsite serving anything from snacks to full meals. in the apartment we have an electric radiator in the lounge and room fans for each bedroom.the kitchen has a fridge freezer,microwave, toaster,toasted sandwich maker, steamer, kettle etc. we have freeview television (english programs)and a selection of cds, dvds and books.tennis raquets are available in the apartment.
