From entrance, staircase leads to the basement with games room including ping pong/table tennis, full size pool table. Two spacious bedrooms occupy the first floor. Master bedroom with large double bed, seating area, full ensuite bathroom with feature raised bath in centre of room. Sliding doors to private terrace. Spectacular sea views from both bedrooms and bathroom. Second bedroom has twin beds, doors to private terrace and ensuite feature 2 person shower room. Air-conditioned (supplement payable during 'Low' season). Security roller blinds, safe and alarm. New outdoor surround music system to terrace and pool area. New water feature fountain in rear garden. Large salt water clorine free pool which can be heated at an extra charge of £160 per week. Maid service 4 times per week
