Villa Folly is located 20 minutes drive from Faro airport in Vale do Lobo, Europe's Finest Beach and Golf Resort. Situated 50 meters from the Ocean Golf Course in Vale do Lobo's new Vale das Flores zone, Villa Folly is a new property offering spacious living accommodation. Maid service is provided and the villa is furnished to a modern and luxury standard to facilitate minimal maintenance and complement a comfortable and relaxing holiday whilst retaining a homely atmosphere. The villa offers three double bedrooms, two with ensuite bath/shower rooms, one with adjacent shower room. The use of air conditioning throughout the villa, heating to the swimming pool and further accommodation in the basement, are available for guests who require these extra facilities. The garden is compact with private kidney shaped pool (7 mtrs x 4 mtrs), built in barbecue and patio and two electric sun awnings. Feedback from our guests to date include praise for the villa's location, for our modern and new furnishings, for our well equipped kitchen and for the general warm atmosphere of the villa! Ideal for families, golfers, tennis players and other sporting fanatics - or just sun and beach lovers! 
 
Known as Europe's Finest Beach and Golf Resort, Vale do Lobo is situated within acres of beautiful pine forests adjacent to 10 miles of white sandy beaches. It is renowned for it's own two championship golf courses, tennis academy with 14 courts and 2 km of white sandy beach and spectacular coastline, as well as enjoying sunshine all year round. The resort also offers some of the best sporting and leisure facilities in Europe and is not only within a 10-25 minute drive of many other golf courses that the Algarve is famous for, but also within easy reach of further sporting, leisure, cultural and historic attractions.

Dining room with dining table that extends to seat upto 8 people Lounge with modern leather sofas, TV, SKY, DVD, surround sound music system General: Hair dryer,insect screens to all windows. Downstairs hall area available for storage of golf clubs etc. Outside: compact garden with small private kidney shaped pool (7 meters x 4 meters); built-in barbecue with patio.     The weekly rental charges are for the villa as a three bed,3 bath villa accommodating up to 6 people. A 25% deposit will secure a booking. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Bookings of less than two weeks carry a supplementary charge of £50 (if basement accommodation not required) or £65 (if basement accommodation required). Use of the air con carries an additional weekly charge of £85. Heating to the swimming pool and use of the basement accommodation both carry additional weekly charges to be agreed with the owners. Availability and rates are subject to confirmation with the owners. Rental periods commence at 4.00 p.m. on arrival day and finish at 10.00 a.m. on departure day. Where possible bookings should run from a Thursday.
